SoundTitle is exploring a dynamic record for how a person claims a relationship to a voice, grants a specific use, withdraws it, and proves what happened over time. It is inspired by public registries, but it is not a government title system and does not decide legal ownership.
Register or sign in through the secure account portal. It stores login identities only. Voiceprint registration remains a research prototype: raw recordings and plaintext features stay in local memory, while the server receives a fixed-length AES-GCM encrypted template plus minimal protocol metadata. Existing-record lookup is read-only.
In an AI system, a voice is not merely an audio file. The durable asset is the changing record of identity claims, permissions, restrictions, revocation, use and payment around it.
The proposed model

Claim and assurance
Record who made a claim and the level of evidence behind it: self-declared, identity checked, live consent checked, agent authority reviewed, or institutionally attested.

Current permission state
Represent who may use a voice, for which purpose, model, channel, territory and period—and what withdrawal means for future use and existing outputs.

Verifiable event history
Preserve an append-only history of claims, reviews, grants, uses, payments, disputes and revocations without placing raw audio or biometric templates in a public ledger.
