Prototype status
The site and API are experimental research materials provided for evaluation. They are not a production identity service, biometric authenticator, licensing clearinghouse, legal registry or professional advice service. Public registration is paused.
Permitted use
You may read the research materials, inspect the no-data interface preview and technically evaluate the read-only public endpoints. You must independently verify any information before relying on it.
Prohibited use
- Impersonating a person or claiming authority, consent or ownership you do not have;
- Using a record to approve a financial, legal, medical, employment, access-control or other high-impact decision;
- Submitting recordings, biometric data, identity documents, secrets or third-party personal information;
- Automated enumeration, scraping, denial-of-service activity, security bypass or attempts to pollute the receipt chain;
- Using the project to facilitate fraud, harassment, deceptive endorsement, fabricated evidence or unconsented synthetic media.
Records and status
registration_status describes a stored record state only. purpose_authorization is currently NOT_EVALUATED. Existing records are classified as SELF_DECLARED and must not be presented as verified identities or approved licences.
Availability and changes
The prototype may be changed, suspended or withdrawn without notice. No service level, continued availability, data permanence, legal effect or fitness for a particular purpose is promised.
Operator and governing terms
The operating legal entity, governing law, formal notice address and dispute procedure have not yet been published. This site therefore does not offer a commercial service or accept public enrolment. Those details and professionally reviewed terms are a reopening requirement.
Privacy
Use is also subject to the interim privacy notice. Do not submit personal or sensitive information while the contact and rights-request process is unavailable.
